Adding some wellness Instagram accounts to your feed will remind you to take some “you time” every time you scroll through insta. I know you’ve heard this before… but it’s SO important for you, as a business owner, to take time away from your day for self-care. I’ve put together a list of some wellness accounts to check out. Trust me, I know this is easier said than done! Need some inspo? Check out my blog on self-care for biz owners to get some ideas!
Whenever I need a quick reset during the day, I will scroll through instagram for some positivity and motivation. I follow a lot of folks in the wellness space, so I’m always being uplifted and reminded to take some time for myself to practice self-care. These folks embrace the indigenous roots and their own identities while exploring different wellness practices. Let’s check out some of my favorite inclusive and diverse wellness Instagram accounts that you should follow.
